01.  Requirement Analyst

With requirements analysis, I was responsible for understanding the business logic and translating it into documented processes, estimating demand and separating activities by technical and administrative area.

04.  Marketing Cloud Analyst

In the activities with Marketing Cloud, I used resources such as Content Builder for file management, creation of templates for sending in campaigns, database management and import to create marketing campaigns using Automation Studio and Journey Builder.

02.  Administrator

As an administrator, I was responsible for creating custom objects and fields, as well as creating relationships between objects. Validation rules for fields filled in by the user. User and profile management. Assignment rules for linking an owner’s lead record or case. Security settings at the field level to restrict user access to certain fields for viewing or editing. Page layout to customize the content of the registration page that each user views. Creation and deployment of packages.
